SABO successfully completed another project! We undertook on behalf of a large cement industry the upgrade of the automation and the modernization of the electrical panels of a palletizing and pallet wrapping line.
The electrical panels were redesigned and manufactured with new designs and components. The old PLC was replaced by a new Siemens controller of the S7-1500 series and was programmed based on the principles of operation. In the new program, changes – improvements were made in order not only to improve the operation but also to increase the line productivity.
Installation, testing and start-up were completed successfully in a very short time.
