Another successfully completed project by our Power & Automation Department.
The project was realized for a Ready-Mix Concrete Unit in Attica and consisted of
1. Engineering, Study and Design.
2. Supply of Medium Voltage Equipment.
3. LV Main Power Distribution Panel acc.to IEC61439-1, with Arc Fault Protection acc. to IEC 61641.
4. 20/0.4kV 1000kVA Substation Kiosk assembly.
5. Manufacturing of all other LV Electrical Panels such as Distribution Panel, PLC Panel, Auxiliary Equipment & External Lighting Panel. All Panels were manufactured and tested acc to IEC61439- 1, achieving Arc Flash Class Α acc to IEC61641 (where applicable).
6. Electrical Installation of all the above equipment and moreover:
a. Cable Trays.
b. MV & LV Cables.
c. Grounding / Bonding.
d. Surge Protection.
In addition, all the necessary documentation required by HEDNO S.A. (Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator) for the connection of the New Unit to the Distribution Network were prepared.
The New Unit was delivered in full operation with all technical and production goals fulfilled.
