Focusing on the European Vocational Skills Week 2022, SABO Group HR Department had the pleasure to attend the informative workshop on "Vocational Education & Training", held on the initiative of Vocational Apprenticeship School (EPAS) of Public Employment Service (DYPA), in the presence of local authorities. The informative occasion was realized to highlight the importance of Vocational Education Training which stands at the core of the European Commission thematic portfolio.
Mrs Christina Katseniou, Group HR Manager and Mr. Ioannis Triantafyllou, Senior HR Generalist, had the honor to speak to the students about the increased needs of technical professions in the Greek Industry era as well as their development prospects & importance for domestic production strengthening & industrial sector sustainability.
The main pillars of SABO Group Sustainable Development Strategy is the empowerment of young people with the appropriate skills for their easier integration into the job market towards the reduction of the unemployment rate.
