H-cassette
Producing tiles in H cassette is the most effective system for producing high quality roofing tiles. It ensures complete flatness of the tile, firing at high temperatures and engobing or glazing of the tile. In comparison to alternative systems, it is of higher investment cost due to the extra kiln cost, the cassettes and the automation for handling them.
Thanks to our experience, we are able to design the handling automation of the factory and achieve high precision in setting of the tiles and smooth cassettes handling, that prolongs their life span and decreases the factory’s annual maintenance cost.
U-cassette
The system is of medium investment value in comparison to the alternative system that uses H-cassettes.
Through the automation of a factory producing tiles in U cassettes, we ensure high precision in tiles and cassette setting, as well as a smooth cassette handling.
